Blizzard has not announced Warlock-specific talent or ability changes for Forever, and Warlock is not one of the classes shown for the new Skyborne race.
Beyond the general talent revamp Blizzard has said applies across classes, no Warlock-specific detail has been announced. This site’s leveling routes, talent builds, and gear priorities for Warlock will be written after we play the class in beta. See the roadmap for beta dates.
